Security Supervisor

·Ensuring the safety and security of guests and enthusiasts and ensuring the protection of hotel property and assets

·Oversee guards who protect private property against theft and vandalism

·Brief the security team, including casual, about the coming events and the management expectations

·Welcome and greet visitors and also make sure that they are properly accounted for at all times

·Responsible for the daily briefing in the absence of the security manager

·Scheduling the work and duties of individual security officers

·Be aware of what is going on at all times, making sure the operation is going smoothly

·Responding to any emergency, which occurs during his shift liaising with the Duty Manager to solve or investigate the incident

·Investigate and write an incident report of every incident that occurred during the shift

·Operating CCTV cameras

·Checking fire systems and fire equipment as per the Media One & civil defense standards

·Overseeing the inspection of all packages entering and exiting the building

·Overseeing lost & found, ensuring the SOP is followed at all times

·Professionally handling all sensitive and confidential information

·Respond to alarms and distress calls
