Senior Sales Manager - Luxury

Key Tasks:

  1. Strategic management and development of the luxury segment across multiple markets for JA Resorts & Hotels.
  2. Securing and maintaining partnerships with top luxury partners in key source markets
  3. Development of unique strategies to target this segment.
  4. Manage marketing investment and communication to luxury partners.
  5. Travel to key markets to exclusively target luxury tour operators and agencies for training
  6. Represent JA Hotels & Resorts at key Luxury trade events.
  7. Secure and manage luxury consortia inclusion and strategies.
  8. Support colleagues in sales where necessary.
  9. Monitor and react to market trends within the luxury segment.

 Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Valid driver's license.
  3. At least 3 years’ experience in the luxury hospitality segment for Dubai.
  4. English speaker is essential, additional languages will benefit.
  5. Ability to think on your feet.
  6. Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills
  8. Strong market connections
