The Senior Sales Manager reports directly to the Director, National Sales Germany and will have defined goals for increasing Transient and Meetings & Event revenue from assigned National Accounts in Germany. In addition, this role involves collaboration with Hyatt Sales Force Global sellers for enhancing, maintaining and updating related systems, programs & databases. You will be managing a Sales Manager and Sales Executive, National Sales, Germany.
Travel for office visits, regular account reviews and hotel familiarization trips will be required throughout the year. Responsibilities include developing client's relationships in Germany as well as handling leads and RFPs from Third parties and Corporate End Users, efficiently managing this triangle relationship for Hyatt. This Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving semi-annual quota and maintaining travel expenses within the budget given by the National Director of Sales.
The definition of National Sales will be mainly intra Germany with primary focus to support the hotels in Germany with accounts that are not handled by Global Sales (Global Ultimate) or by one individual hotel only. National Sales may cover subsidiaries/offices of those Global accounts, having a decision making & buying process for multiple hotels in Germany only and mainly booking into this specific region. National Sales may also cover TMCs covering SME programs in order to drive direct contribution of unmanaged and mid-market corporate bookings.

Hotel Experience required, specifically in hotel strategy, proactive sales and people management of 5 years+
Bachelor Degree in Sales or Hotel management preferred but not essential
