Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include but be unlimited to the following areas and activities. At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described.
- Represent the hotel to the travel/tour industry in a highly professional manner.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently at all times with the clients
- Coordinating and planning all Familiarization Tours (FAM) or in-market customer events.
- Demonstrates hands-on skills that exemplify a high sense of commitment, integrity, teamwork and honesty.
- Excellent in planning and follow-up skills.
EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma holder.
- Proficiency in English - both speaking and writing. (Any additional language will be an advantage)
