Grand Millennium Al Wahda one of the premium luxury 5-star Hotel in Abu Dhabi is the most preferred hotel for business and leisure travelers, conveniently located in the heart of the UAE capital city. 

The hotel is comprised of 840 spacious rooms, luxury suites and fully serviced apartments, it also comprises of an array of 7 food & beverages outlets including the famous Porters English, Layali Shahrazad restaurant, 90C Cafe & More, The Little Bistro and 31 Bar & Lounge, offering an ultimate dining & entertainment experience, our lavish Zayna spa, a Hi-tech fitness club and complemented by our impeccable service and a Kids Lounge. 

The Grand Millennium Al Wahda Abu Dhabi is currently seeking motivated, passionate and energetic Sales Executive to handle the corporate segment

Reporting to the Director of Sales you are expected to increase the hotel's portfolio with new accounts from the entire UAE. In addition you are required to maintain and maximize the business relationship with current accounts and lead the negotiations to higher level of cooperation.


Job Responsibilities

  • Complete daily proactive sales calls target
  • Achieve monthly individual revenue target 
  • Conduct the sales calls in Abu Dhabi and all other emirates where & when needed
  • Maintain & develop business of hotel rooms, Food & Beverage, banqueting and conference business.
  • Creates sales strategy for account penetration
  • Executes sales strategy to achieve goals
  • Conduct in house show around & entertain the potential accounts.
  • Participate in daily business review meeting, pre-convention meetings and other sales-related meetings as required.
  • Attend trade shows, community events and industry meetings.
  • Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers.
  • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication
  • Shift market share from the competition with specific focus on group segment
  • Develops contracts and correspondence, manages opportunity details and proactively develops customer solutions

Requirements
  • At least two years experience in the United Arab Emirates as sales in the hotels industry
  • Must hold bachelor degrees of equivalent
  • UAE driving licence is a plus
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Motivated & results oriented team player
