Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator you will be part of Sales team, reporting to Cluster Sales Director. You will work in close collaboration with Reservations, Marketing and other departments. You will manage various aspects of Sales operation.

What you will be doing: 

• Manage administrative tasks of Sales team
• Effectively convert enquiries into confirmed business and work closely with the Reservations team
• Review rooming lists for accuracy and ensure prompt processing.
• Maintain relationship with guests for all matters pertaining to rooms, monitor groups pickup, manage rooming list changes and track the inventory for individual groups.

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in Hotel Sales or Reservations
• Confident OPERA user
• Highly organized office admin and personal assistant 
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Business English
