The H Dubai is looking for ambitious talent to join us in our Sales department as a Sales Coordinator.
What will you be doing?
As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
-Prepare and submit relevant administration tasks in a timely and accurate manner such as sales call schedules, sales call reports and monthly reports
-Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales team have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
-Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries
-Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads
-Input new sales inquiries into STS and update companies’ profile in the database as needed.
-Maintains high level of exposure in the hotel through direct sales solicitations, telephone contacts and written communications
What are we looking for?
A Sales Coordinator is always working to successfully fill this role, you should possess the following characteristics:
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·High attention to detail.
·A team player with a positive attitude.
·Self-motivated, creative and highly energetic personality
·Minimum 2 years of experience at a hotel
·Strong knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office
·Fluent in English
