 Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai is looking for young talents for Dining Experience Specialist (Room Service Order Taker - Night Duty)


Candidates who take pride to be the ambassador by providing the first impression of the brand and who are passionate to serve our guests by ensuring they have fond memories of their dining experience with their service and knowledge of all the offering we have. Their responsibility are inclusive of coordinating service requirement of the department, take the order from guest room or other outlets via phone or other devices


Requirements:
Arabic Speaker is preferred
Familiar with Room Service operation and solid food & beverage skill & experiences
Have an excellent telephone etiquette and Communication Skills
Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire room service operation
A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all other staff
