Make your next career step a giant leap. We’re searching for a Revenue Analyst to support in driving the Rooms & F&B revenue management through data analysis and interpretation, as well as maximizing room revenue contribution through all channels and management of inventory and rates.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:
? Assist in yielding, managing occupancy and rate on a daily basis to maximize profitability of Rooms & F&B and other revenue generating centres
? Develop and analyse required reports and statistics
? Audit rates on all distribution channels ensuring accuracy and parity
? Recommend rates and inventory control to maximize revenue through yielding and pricing
? Responsible for system activation of rate codes for offers/promotions
? Provide input to the forecast & annual budget process on all revenue aspects
? Supports Reservations Manager & Revenue Manager in implementing strategies and whenever necessary
What We need from you:
? Prior experience in Revenue Management and Reservations required, at least of 1 year.
? Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management or similar a plus
? Sound understanding of revenue and distribution platforms, programs, and channels
? Previous experience with IHG is a plus
? Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
? Advanced knowledge of Excel will be an added advantage.
