  • We are looking for well-groomed, elegant Restaurant Manager with experience in dealing with VIP guests
  • Has a strong background in fine dining, Michelin star restaurants and knowledge of international cuisine, wine, and spirits
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and administrative skills
  • Someone tech savvy and has a good understanding of basic software programs, and keep abreast with new market trend and developments
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience and KPI knowledge and implementation
  • Proven track record of effectively managing fine dining restaurants
  • Must be interactive, charismatic, and personable
