Restaurant General Manager, Asian Michelin Star Restaurant, Singapore

Salary from Up to SGD 14,000 per month ($10,600 per month)

We are looking for Restaurant General Manager to run the operation of a Two-Michelin Star Restaurant, which combines traditional and modern cuisine

Things you will be doing as a Restaurant General Manager:

• Manage the day-to-day restaurant operation
• Plan, coordinate, and manage staff, ensuring efficient and effective restaurant operations
• Liaise with the management team to ensure both short- and long-term goals are met
• Hiring, training, and developing employees
• Respond to guest comments, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Identify opportunities and continuously improve performance

You will be a great fit if you have:

• A background in Michelin operations as a General Manager
• More than Five years of management experience in both FOH and culinary teams
• At least two years in a destination Asian Fine dining establishment
• Strong knowledge of Spirits and Wine
• Strong data analytic skills
• Tracked record of financial performance
• Team-oriented approach with a mindset of open communications
