We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager for Qatar….

The General Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the venue, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including customer relations, venue maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retaining team members, financial accountability and ensuring the highest quality services are delivered to each customer.

What we are looking for in our ideal candidate - skills, experience and attributes required:

• Fluent English speaker
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in leading, upmarket restaurant groups in a major city like Dubai, New York, Singapore, London, etc – 5 years at managerial level
• Excellent mentoring, development and disciplinary skills
• Effective decision making and problem - solving skills
• Ability to work long flexible and long hours
• Certifications as required to comply with government regulations and health codes

Salary package: QAR28-32k pm all inclusive plus family status
