Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai is currently looking for Nikki Lifestyle Specialist (Room Reservation Agent)

The role is responsible for responding and managing the communication related to the hotel room reservation and booking to guests, travel agents or referral networks by mail and telephone. Maintaining the reservation records on hand, cancellation and any modification requirement. Tracking room availabilities and forecasting room revenue and occupancy. Being organized, responsible, details oriented and thorough in executing the job until it completes are essential.

if you are :

* having front Office operation or room reservation experience in 5 star hotel/resort 

* Having good level of Communication in written & spoken English 

* Computer literate and Microsoft Office skills
