Reservations Agent

Job summary

Responsible for handling customer calls and inquiries pertaining to room reservations in a standardized and professional manner according to resort policy and procedures, with a focus on revenue maximization and quality. 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in hotel management is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in similar role in a resort or hotel environment. Experience in UAE is desirable.
  • Good understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking.com and TripAdvisor.
  • Computer literacy and preferably knowledge of Opera.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Additional foreign language is a plus.
