·Input, modify or cancel the reservations into the system directly and file accordingly.
·Ensure that all reservation requests are processed, confirmation and/or cancellation letters, faxes or emails are sent within the set timeframes
·Send proforma invoices for all pre-payment requests or for all travel agent reservations without credit facilities
·Record all refused business with reason for refusal.
·Utilize up-selling skills while making reservations.
·Ensure that all reservations are recorded and other departments are involved & informed where necessary.
·Adhere to all company credit policies to ensure that all revenue expected will be received.
·Develop and maintain a high level of communication with all major sources of business and other departments
·Constantly maintain the high level of customer service.
