Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing relevant HR programs and processes.
• Lead a team of Finance professionals in Germany and Austria;
• Hands-on in managing key stakeholder relationships (internally & externally);
• Team Management, Training and Development;
• Financial Reporting and Analysis;
• Budgeting/Forecasting;
• Cash Management.

Das bringst Du mit
Requirements

• Professional qualification (finance/business degree) and post qualified experience of 5 years+, out of which 2-3 years come with managerial experience,
• Knowledge of hospitality industry (preferred);
• Good knowledge of HGB and IFRS and their application in the fields of accounting, budgeting and finance;
• You have an excellent command of German and English (both written and spoken);
• Excellent system and modelling skills ideally customary to the hotel & restaurant industry;
