JOB ROLE

Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting recruitment manager & departmental hiring managers whilst maintaining extremely positive candidate experience. In addition to this ,responsible for developing appropriate talent acquisition strategies ensuring the right candidates are recruited in a timely manner to meet & exceed business demands.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans

·Create and publish job ads in various portals

·Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events

·Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees

·Screen resumes and job applications

·Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates

·Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)

·Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire

·Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys

·Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods

·Host and participate in job fairs

·Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

·Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

REQUIREMENTS

·B.Sc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.

·Minimum 04 years of current and relevant experience as a Recruitment specialist/recruiter preferred. Preference for applicants who have worked in similar capacity in large Catering and or Hospitality Industry.

·Good working knowledge in human resources administration, Excellent communication skills (written & oral)Organizational.

·Detail Oriented approach with a clear focus on completing priorities

·Strong negotiation skills with extremely updated industry specific market knowledge

·Well aware of latest global trends in recruitment & hiring

·Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
