The Grand Millennium Al Wahda Abu Dhabi is currently seeking motivated, passionate and creative Spa & Recreation Manager

Reporting to the General Manager you are expected to lead the Spa, Health Club, Rooftop pool & the kids lounge to success, uplift the standards, achieve the budget and maximize profitability.


Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve set budget and maximize profitability. 
  • Lead, train, coach and guide a team of 12 colleagues.
  • Implement new initiatives and services to uplift the standard and generate incremental revenue
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to setup and execute plans for wider market coverage
  • Provide Great Customer Service, ability to handle and resolve issues.
  • Generate positive guests'reviews online
  • Ensure colleagues engagement & motivation at all times


Education and Experience

  • University graduate, Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management position in a spa or related field.
  • Previous luxury hotel experience with knowledge in financial budgeting and Sales.
  • Excellent leadership & communication skill
