Receptionist (Arabic Speaking) ensures that guests are served and looked after via the reception and telephone as per SOPs to ensure exceptional guest experience.

  • Ensure smooth receptionist service for all guests
  • Follow Front Office standards and SOPs
  • Receptionist and telephone operator duties
  • Create an exceptional experience for our guest

Qualifications:

  • Over 2 years of similar experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Guest oriented with focus on personalized service
  • Hands on approach running the operation
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work under pressure in a diverse multicultural team
  • Excellent grooming standards
