An exciting new opportunity as Executive Chef / Production Manager has become available with a leading international catering company based in Egypt, North Africa.
Your role as Executive Chef / Production Manager will entail full responsibility of production kitchens from budgets, staffing, competitive menu development, procurement, health & safety, with exceptional kitchen management skills.
We are targeting those with international experiences within similar demanding high-end food production environments, Advanced knowledge of European & international cuisines, including cooking philosophies & principles; Strong & effective leadership skills, with the ability to lead a culturally diverse team.
Ideally single status.
Salary package:
Up to Euro 6250 tax free basic per month + expat benefits
