Salary up to $250,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef with a background in luxury hotels or private members' clubs to run the kitchen operation.

• It is a world-class culinary operation combining traditional and international offerings.
• You will be working with international highly skilled international chefs.

Things you will be doing as an Executive Chef:

• Motivate and develop the culinary team to meet & exceed the food offering
• Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals in understanding guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
• Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
• Manage all menu development and maintain accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold in the business.
• Ensure all products are prepared consistently and meet departmental appearance/quality standards.
• Review weekly and monthly schedules to meet forecast and budget.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Experience as an Exec Chef within the luxury Hotel or private club market
• Having an eye for detail and creativity
• Have strong leadership skills and can drive and lead the brigade.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You are driven and passionate about the industry.
• Experience working in the US market is required
