Hiring Range $18.00-20.00 per hour, based on experience.
You will follow the instructions and guidelines outlined by the Chef or Lead Cook for the shift.
Assist with production and prep work as needed.

- Confirm daily work needs and production checklists with the Chef
- Prepare cold items, salads, simple side items, simple appetizers and more
- Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat and more
- Take inventory of ingredients to ensure proper par and stock levels
- Prepare food items according to specific standards
- Timely execution of all meal functions
- Mix and prepares cold sauces, meat glazes, jellies, salad dressings, and stuffings.
What are we looking for?
- Must be full vaccinated for Covid 19
- Must have clean, valid driver's license
- Prep cook experience of at least 1+yrs
- Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts
- Requires strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Have a desire to exceed expectations
- An energetic personality
