Call Center experience preferred, but not required.
Enjoys providing great service with a smile to customers/guests.
Good computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Answer and process all incoming/outgoing guest and in-house calls.
Forward calls and messages to guests and various departments.
Preparing essential items guest's need for their stay (name badge, tags, etc...)
Assist guests with ensuring their requests are fulfilled by the correct department.
Assist with Front Services team with luggage arrivals and departures.
