$15.75 per hour with benefits! This is a Full-Time position.

This position is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing communications courteously, while maintaining a positive and professional image. In addition, preparing for group attendee's arrival by creating name badges, tags and other essential items needed for their program. Other responsibilities may include assisting with checking in guests and luggage as needed.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Call Center experience preferred, but not required.

• Enjoys providing great service with a smile to customers/guests.

• Good computer skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Answer and process all incoming/outgoing guest and in-house calls.

• Forward calls and messages to guests and various departments.

• Preparing essential items guest's need for their stay (name badge, tags, etc...)

• Assist guests with ensuring their requests are fulfilled by the correct department.

• Assist with Front Services team with luggage arrivals and departures.
