One of the best hotels in Dubai, located in the heart of the city, we are hiring some enthusiasts to join our award winning team! 

We are looking for vibrant & fun Outlet Supervisor to be assigned in an Italian Restaurant. We are looking for someone who will go beyond the Ordinary for the guests.... and each other. 

This person in their role will be required to:

·Guiding all FOH enthusiasts in the outlet, managing the performance of their duties and responsibilities

·Prepares & conducts the briefing

·Coaches & motivates the team in order to achieve the business goals of the outlet

·Ensure that standards are followed in the outlet

·Check the level of operating equipment and supplies for service

·Provide assistance to the enthusiasts during busy periods

·Scheduling, making sure manning levels are correct

·Maintain the ambience of the outlet; cleanliness, lighting, music & temperature

·Conducts on job training with the team

·Communicates with the team and keeps them informed of all important information

·Checks and maintains all service standards established for the outlet

·Promotes guest satisfaction in the outlet

·Key driver of the Guest Satisfaction Survey

·Monitors requisitions; par stock level for beverage supplies, food supplies, guest supplies and bar supplies in the outlet

·Coordinates with other department heads and kitchen in charge for reservations, special arrangements and other activities in the Hotel

·Interacts with guests, promoting the outlet and hotel

·Goes beyond by supporting other events & venues and when is required 

Previous experience in the UAE is preferred
