All-Day Dining Outlet Manager

General Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Remote island-based work experience is preferred.
• Proficient in English. Dhivehi is preferable.
• Strong ability to handle high-volume outlets and destination dining.
• Strong entertainment network (band, DJ, etc) as well as F&B knowledge
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.

Job Descriptions:

• Assists F&B Manager to oversee the operations and lead the team to ensure flawless guest experience.
• Check outlet’s cleanliness to ensure that it complies with health, safety and hygiene policy 
• Create daily theme nights based on the trends in the market
• Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, contents & preparation methods, outlets and resort facilities
