New opportunities as Food Operations Manager with this leading international cruise liner – Operators will also be in South Africa conducting face-to-face interviews!!

For this Food Operations Manager position you will need similar experiences in large 4 – 5* hotels or reputable cruise liners.

Proven ability to understand and manage budgets, partnering and building effective working relationships with non-Food & Beverage crew members.

Intermediate Food Hygiene (Level 3 CIEH or equivalent).
Hotel Qualification, i.e Degree/BTEC/HCIMA/HND etc or equivalent.
Ability to work well under pressure and respond calmly in an ever-changing environment.
Understand and can comply with UKPH & USPH, pest control and world port health procedures and requirements on a daily basis.

Start date: Q1 2023

Rotation: 6 months on 2 months off

Salary packages: $6012 usd tax free per month + single cabin
