We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join this leading company on the cusp on their next leisure expansion based at Head Office in Windhoek, Namibia.

As Operations Manager you will supervising existing multiple boutique hotel & lodge properties within the group – ensuring exceptional client services, while fostering a positive working environment.

For this Operations Manager position we are targeting those with regional African & international hospitality experiences, multi-outlet & pre-opening experience.

This role is open to both Namibians & expats with the required experience.

Salary Package: Competitive packages available for the right candidate
