Your tasks

• Take full responsibility of the property during night time hours.
• Check-in and check-out, concierge activities as well as carrying out the security rounds are part of your duties.
• You monitor and control the work processes, daily closings and accounts.
• You are responsible for the shift allocation of your team and motivate them daily with your friendly and professional appearance.
• You report directly to the General Manager and represent him in his absence.
• General telephone duties as well as taking reservations are also part of your job.

• You have successfully completed hotel management training / studies and/or have already gained professional experience in the front office area.
• Your professional, self-confident and well-groomed appearance as well as excellent manners contribute significantly to the quality of your service.
• You are responsive to your conversation partners and deal with objections objectively.
• Very good German and English skills round off your profile.
