Marketing Manager

This is a role for someone whose right brain works equally as well as their left, someone who can understand the point of view of a Creative Director but thinks like a Finance Manager, someone who can visualize a concept and articulate an acquisition strategy.

What will I be doing?...

  • Contribute to brand developments, also acting as a brand guardian ensuring any creativity (print or digital) adheres to the brand guidelines and implementation of the company`s brand strategy
  • Conduct research to analyze market trends, competitive landscape and customer behavior (in collaboration with the Community Manager) and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
  • Work with the Community team and other agencies, to help plan and implement online marketing campaigns that drive engagement, traffic and bookings across all channels (create calendar of marketing activities).
  • Manage all internal and external communication including the copywriting and curation of emails; newsletters; website and app content etc.
  • Develop, design, and schedule social media content across multiple social channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage CRM system campaigns and regularly update the website, app and third-party listings (e.g., propertyfinder; dubizzle etc.).
  • Content creations: responsible for creation, as well as the briefing to creative agencies (including copy writing, photo/video shootings) ensuring delivery in adherence with brand guidelines and property positioning.
  • Support and coordinate PR campaigns.
  • Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, including leaflets, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters etc.
  • Brief the designer to produce promotional materials
  • Deliver and execute the annual Marketing plans and Marketing budgets in line with the property strategic priorities and revenue target by market segments.
  • Keep up to date with market trends through own research and implement in your works to ensure that designs are current and on trend
