 Roles & Responsibilities

·Implement marketing strategy

·Oversee all marketing campaigns

·Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures

·Manage and coordinate internal team and agencies

·Collaborate with media and other organizations to effectively promote the company and its business units

·Produce valuable and engaging content for our website

·Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis

·Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

·Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

·Analyse data to evaluate the success of the marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure

·Ensure that our business units are communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones

·Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaign

 Essential Skills

·Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels

·Excellent communication skills

·Ability to think creatively and innovatively

·Budget-management skills and proficiency. Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

·Professional judgment and discretion

·Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

·Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate

·Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

·Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

·A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

·Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

·BSc/MSc degree in Marketing

·5 years of experience
