Prepare 12-month marketing plan and expense budget in collaboration with sales department.
Build a strong content of our brand identity and develop online presence through the creation and dissemination of multimedia content online. This involves developing content strategies, growing an online community and tracking that community's growth by:
Writing, editing and proofreading content.
Managing a content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc.
Formulating a cross-platform content strategy.
Building a following on social media.
Managing content across all platforms, including email and social media.
Tracking web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
Analyze all hotel marketing statistics to determine new opportunities.
Work on a long-term strategy aimed at attracting visitors to websites by distributing high value-added, useful and relevant content.
Review and maintain all market research sources such as journal clippings, trade publications, convention calendars, association directories, etc.
Prepares monthly Marketing business plans and reports.
Builds positive working relationship with all departments of the hotel; ensures understanding of marketing programs and the wants, needs and expectations of customers/guests.
Maintain positive communications and builds rapport with Regional Sales Offices, National Sales Offices, and other Aldar properties .
Develops open communication with S&M Department Heads, and active participation in the implementation of the hotel’s CSR initiatives on environment.
