As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the social media and content creation activities across the property and are tasked to develop social media strategies that bring our hotel, dining and leisure offerings to a vast community. This role will own content creation and planning, community management, social copywriting, social analytics, and graphic design.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
? Develop and drive social media strategy in conjunction to current/upcoming social media trends and suggest changes/innovations/investments
? Organize, create mood boards and lead regular photo and video shoots, securing relevant and up-to-date asset bank for social media and/or any other marketing collaterals
? Amplify activations executed by PR and/or Marketing through supporting social media activities and bring “in the moment” and “real life” feel to the social media presence
? Amplify activations executed by PR and/or Marketing through supporting social media activity
? Community Management of owned social media pages
? Assist in administrative tasks for the department
What We need from you:
? High School or College Diploma with 1-2 years as a Social Media expert in luxury hotel/consumer goods field or marketing experience in the same role
? Creative and passionate about social media, confident and organized
? Experience dealing with multiple channels with a proven record of success
? Proficiency in photography, video editing and graphic design
? Plan and collaborate with other departments, such as Food & Beverage, Recreation etc. , to align content with overall business goals and objective
? Excellent communication skills, with strong command of spoken and written English and native language (where applicable)
