Job summary

Marketing & Communications Executive is responsible in developing and executing marketing plan, public relations, events and social media guidelines and strategies for Kurumba Maldives.

Candidate profile

Minimum two years of experience in a similar position in a 5-star hotel.
Diploma in Marketing or relevant studies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft office.
Knowledge in basic designing and simple video editing.
Loves interacting with guests, service oriented with an eye for details.

Job Description

• Assist in promoting the Resort’s food and beverage, spa, events, and strengthening working relationship with the press, business partners, government agencies and significant influencers. 
• Collaborate in the development of a social media strategy for the property in line with the Resort’s guidelines. 
• Create advertisements and promotional collaterals, and compile media kits, news release, marketing collaterals and photographs with precise captions. 
• Ensure all marketing collaterals are as per the Resort’s standard guidelines. 
• Handle media/digital influencer visits and prepare itineraries.
