Our client is globally renowned Cafe and Restaurant …. sophisticated, luxurious and thrives on top quality service standards.

The Role in brief:

• As Area Manager you will be accountable for the efficient management of all the overall operation of the Cafés in allocated geographical area.
• To lead the team ensuring that they are fulfilling operational standards and meeting objectives that further contribute to the financial success and overall customer satisfaction
• To be accountable for the overall smooth and economical running of the entire area with a direct responsibility for product turnover and high quality achieving maximum guest satisfaction
• To contribute to the development and agreement of restaurant budgets and forecasts
• Build and motivate an engaged, management team to deliver service standards by ensuring their welfare, safety, training, and development
• Lead and acts as a brand guardian inside and outside of work

The Candidate - Experience, skills & attributes for the role:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in F&B Industry
• Experience in Saudi is preferred
• Multi-site experience is required in an upmarket environment
• Undergraduate Degree or diploma in a relevant field e.g., hospitality catering.
• Local Driving License beneficial

Salary Package: SAR 24-29k pm all inclusive.
