We are looking for a Bar Manager to manage a destination bar within a luxury Hotel.

Things you will be doing as the Bar Manager:

• Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage
• Manage the day-to-day bar operation
• Manage and mentor the team
• Create beverage menus in line with the company brand
• Ensure the exceptional quality of the drinks service is consistently maintained
• Your service skills will showcase the bars unique standing
• Contribute to creating the ultimate drinks experience

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• At least two years of experience in a Luxury Hotel as a Bar Manager within a signature bar operation
• Asian and International experience
• Pre-opening experience and you are fluent in Mandarin
• Passion about training junior staff brigade
• The drive and ambition to succeed
• Great "outside the box" thinking, being creative and strategic
• An eye for detail
• You understand the marketplace and have the drive in innovate and lead
