General Manager, New Destination Beach Club, Dubai

Package up to AED 45,000 (USD 12,000) plus an annual bonus

We are looking for an energetic General Manager to work on the opening of this Beach Club and manage and develop the team.

Our client is a market leader in hospitality operations across the globe.

Things you will be doing as a General Manager:

• Help develop the concept for opening
• Manage the day-to-day operation
• Manage and mentor the team
• Create and manage SOP manuals, and training guides
• Ensure the exceptional quality of the food and beverage service is consistently maintained
• Your service skills will showcase the restaurant's unique offering
• Contribute to creating the ultimate experience

You will be a great fit if you have:

• At least two years experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager within the destination beach club operation
• Exposure to the UAE market
• Luxury/lifestyle experience
• Pre-opening and international experience
• A background in destination restaurants / clubs with a track record in operational management
• The drive and ambition to succeed
• Creative and strategic thinking and are driven by coming up with new ideas
