Main Responsibilities

• Process guest laundry and Colleague uniforms as per MODOH standard
• Be able to operate different laundry machinery confidently
• Know how to identify and treat different fabric materials
• Assist during linen inventory
• Ensure to keep laundry area tidy and clean at all time
• Keep track of F&B linen exchange
• Be attentive and willing to help guests and colleagues whenever needed
• Respond to guest questions and needs professionally, timely and with a smile
• Carry out any additional duties requested by management, related to hotel operational activities

Requirements

• Senior School qualifications or equivalent is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Minimum of 1 year of laundry experience
• Previous working experience in the Middle East is beneficial
• Excellent knowledge of laundry chemicals, cleaning and spotting technique
• Trained and proficient in handling machinery
• Must be able to work in a multi-cultural team
