IT Team Leader

·Perform troubleshoot and resolve complicated communication network systems.

·Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching

·Provide technical support to company and assist in proper usage of computer networks.

·Supervise software installation tools, improve and update software package.

·Ensure compliance to all computer application process and related programs.

·Maintains document imaging administration, performs backups of systems, track and record inventory.

·Knowledge of computer and telecommunications equipment installation.

· Knowledge of computer networking technologies.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Access and SQL, knowledge of Internet and E-mail applications.

·Knowledge of software utilities and operating systems

·Any other duty assigned
