Requirements
·Minimum 3 years in hospitality
·Experience with IT support (printers, PCs, laptops, servers, hotel systems)
·Experience in Networking (preferably Cisco switching and routing)
·Be familiar with AD, DHCP, GROUP POLICY, VPN
·Knowledge of Backup systems and tapes
·Experience in setting up hotel Wi-fi
·Configure, install, upgrade PC hardware and software
