IT Assistant - Special Projects FIFA

  • IT Support Specialist will be responsible for setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Setup and configure Desktop, Laptop for new user based on the company best practices guideline.
  • Working knowledge in DHCP,DNS,AD and LAN.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft server system.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems (POS, Printer, Wi-Fi Access point, PC and Email )
  • Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
  • Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
  • Prioritize and manage technical issue
  • Test and evaluate new technology
  • Conduct safety checks on computer and network equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Helpdesk/Desktop/IT Support.
