We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager (m/f/d) who will take the full responsibility of the HR Department for our hotel in Berlin.
Aufgaben
Reporting directly to the Regional HR Director and working close to the General Manager of the hotel, this position will play a critical role in our organization.

Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not limited to the following areas and activities. At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work.

  • Ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR Department. Capacity to work independently and with limited supervision (he/she should work alone in HR department of this hotel)
  • Leading the recruitment, onboarding and induction processes
  • Preparation and monitoring of annual HR budget and provide inputs to develop the hotel budget
  • Develop, recommend and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Guide and support management with application of discipline according to company policies and procedures and local legal provisions
  • Advise management on Employment law and industrial relation.Ensure labor legal compliance
  • Lead monthly payroll processes with external payroll provider .HR Administration and management of attendance control software
  • Play a role model in the organization
Desired skills and experience:
  • At least 4 years of proven generalist HR experience in Germany, excellent references from former employers or associate's
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Strong expertise managing HR Administration tasks, including whole payroll procedures
  • Competent in computer skills (Mainly Microsoft Office)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken; speaking Spanish is desirable but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactivity
  • Knowledge/experience in the hotel industry and DEHOGA is desirable but not mandatory
