Human Resources Manager

Purpose: 

Responsible for the provision of generalist human resource support to Hotel departments in order that human resource initiatives add value to the organization by fostering positive relationships and increasing colleague satisfaction and performance.

Key Overall Responsibilities: 
  • Attracting and Retaining Talented People
  • Oversee the Recruitment activities of the Recruitment Manager
  • ensuring that the process is conducted in an accurate and timely manner
  • Developing Team Capacity
  • Monitor performance management- review and annual appraisal
  • Monitor all work improvement discussions
  • Fostering a Positively Spirited Workplace
  • Communicate and administer assigned policies, programs and procedures
  • Develop and implement effective internal communication tools for the Hotel
  • Adhere to Palazzo Versace‚Äôs Guiding Principles and Hallmarks and to promote them to colleagues on a constant basis, always leading by example
  • Drive change, influence transitions, and actively seek and contribute to ideas and solutions for continues improvement
Essential Experience: 
  • Hospitality or customer service related industry
  • 5-6 years of progressive professional development in HR. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Manager (department head) in a luxury establishment
  • Previous work experience in UAE or Gulf region
