Human Resources Executive

What will I be doing:

As a Human Resources Executive, you would be responsible for:

·Be an integral part of the supervisory team, using HR strategy and analytics to support business objectives and ensure each property meets its brand and customer requirements.

·Working collaboratively with central HR functions, conducting hotel talent reviews and maintaining robust succession and attraction plans that meet immediate and future workforce demands.

·Be a custodian of employee experience and partner with the Leadership team to positively impact engagement and retention rates.

·Support in the delivery and coordination of talent acquisition events, attraction initiatives/projects, graduate/intern/apprentice/work-experience placements and external talent acquisition partnerships.

·Assist in the delivery and communication of new HR initiatives, policy and procedures and participate in regional projects as they arise.

·Support in the effective communication strategy for employees.

·Drive the employee lifecycle; recruitment experience, on-boarding journey, performance reviews, development & succession, exit interview support.

·Greeting, assisting and providing prompt and courteous service to applicants and team members. Provide the Human Resources managers with administrative and clerical support including word- processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation, and performing other general office duties.

·Intake and respond to inquiries made by individuals calling or visiting the Human Resources office using a clear speaking voice to meet their needs. Assist incoming team members, managers or candidates and provide accurate information and answer questions, provides forms or directions.

·Provide administrative support including, but not limited to, maintaining records/files, typing and entering information into various HR systems, filing, copying, preparing file folders, documents and reports, distributing memos and flyers.

·Perform new team member onboarding and other employment related tasks, including but not limited to, coordinating schedules with applicable departments, collecting required new hire documents, preparing folders, entering information into HR systems and maintaining records, tracking employment documents.

·Assist in planning and execution of various HR programs and initiatives. Coordinate meetings, create materials and presentations, research key topics, and provide ongoing support and follow up on project timelines.

·Assist with creating and posting information on bulletin boards and via other communication media.

·Assist with planning and executing events and activities for Team Members
