About the job

For the opening of our hotel, the Côte d’Azur Monaco, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Officer. This position is responsible for providing a consistent high standard of administration and non-administration support to the Human Resources Department to support achievement of the business goals and strategies.

Our preferred talent has:

• A diploma/degree in hospitality or Human Resources
• At least 1 years experience in a similar position at a luxury hotel – preferably a resort hotel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• A highly accurate and detail-oriented working method
• A pleasant personality
• A well-groomed appearance
