We are looking for a passionate and energetic HRBP to join the HR Team.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the HRBP will:
- Support HR Head in developing HR Agenda, HR Strategies, policies and practices
- Ensure Comp & Bens group policy is adhered to
- Evaluate staff needs
- Coordinate with HODs
- Manage Staff Welfare
- Improve and monitor employee productivity
- Act as the main HR point of contact for business units
- Coach and advise HODs on best practice
- Manage all disciplinary procedures
- Conduct HR Induction for all new joiners
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience with HR
- Experience handling multiple business units
- Exceptional Communication
- High End Hospitality Experience
- Previous experience managing a small team
- A positive, can do attitude
