DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES : ·Prepare monthly birthdays and anniversaries posters ·Conduct HR Induction and joining formalities on weekly basis/ as scheduled ·Prepare and distribute birthday vouchers to all departments ·Coordinate with Executive office for length of service awards/ gifts. ·Coordinate with housing for DEWA bills and timely submission ·Take signatures on monthly phone bills of HR Team and submit. ·Filing of all New Joiners documents/ team members documents. ·All FMC Requests to be processed and approvals to be taken. ·Maintain inventory stationary and required office supplies at all times. ·Organising and supporting with Engagement activities for Team members. ·Prepare creative posters/ presentations for all events. ·Locker allocation and audits. ·Birthday celebration and planning for HR Team members ·Preparing welcome desk for new joiners in HR ·Tracking and Filing of any disciplinary letters. ·Planning and coordination for any event celebration/ activities for the team members. ·Distribution of Isoldi allocation on agreed intervals. ·To assist the housing team expense claims after verification. ·Updating cut-off attendance ·Updating Bank details in Oasys ·Proper passport and Emirates ID control; assisting team members to log when collecting and submitting passport copies ·To coordinate with Head of HR and Executive office for reciprocal vouchers and maintain tracking sheet. ·To coordinate with managers for Performance appraisals and tracking. ·Preparation, Ensure all signatures and filing of Employment contracts ·Any other tasks as assigned by the Head of HR/ Management.
