Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Work closely in building employee relations across all levels and build a positive working environment.
  • The key point in addressing grievances received from employees.
  • Communicate and coordinate the process involved in annual performance appraisal, assist in consolidation and finalization.
  • Handle the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
  • Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
  • Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
  • Initiates welfare activities for the staff
  • Manage HR facilities at property level (e.g. cafeteria, locker, transport, accommodation-related queries)
  • Drives colleague recognition programs in the Hotel


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Relevant experience in hospitality in a supervisory role
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
