JOB SUMMARY

The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the General Manager, and will be an integral member of the Hotel key position., he/she contributes a high level of knowledge and expertise. Able to make a workforce planning, performance management and development for the employees, and coaching/developing others to help influence for getting business objectives in the most efficient manner, following the brand strategies.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • High education Degree.
  • 5 years of experience as personnel/Human Resources departments in a first-class hotels or related other sectors.
  • Good knowledge of English language.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Must have organizational, communication, and leadership abilities to successfully fulfill the different aspects of the job.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes open positions to balance the development of existing talent and business needs.
  • Consistently recruiting and evaluation of the talented staff and coordinating interviews with qualified applicants.
  • Responsible for training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, workplace investigations, motivating, coaching employees, career development, performance reviews, compensation, benefits and employees’ relations, termination procedures, among other tasks.
  • Follow all the policies and procedures related to the company as well as safety and security; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Monitor all recruitment processes for compliance with laws and company policies and standards.
  • Review and ensure accurate records and files with documents for all employees.
  • HR is responsible for update writing job descriptions, and using it during recruiting and performance processes.” Also, ensuring that job descriptions comply with the Labor laws and business needs.
  • Act as guidance control the hiring different employees performance regarding company policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure that all employees are following the hotel policies and rules.
  • Develop all the proper recruitment tools to source candidates for future jobs openings.
