As a Human Resources Executive you are responsible for assisting the Director of Human Resources in managing all the respective Human Resources functions in order to meet the strategic business objectives. The role involves development and implementation of strategies and policies and will include key responsibilities such as:

  • Initiate and process employment requisitions, develop and edit departmental job descriptions, vacancy announcements and position advertisements.
  • Develop and maintain confidential departmental colleague files, documents and databases.
  • Coordinate colleague recruitment process, as appropriate, consistent and complete
  • Coordinate colleague relation functions in consultation with the Director of Human Resources, monitor track annual leaves and sick leave.
  • Conduct induction / orientation program for all newly joined employees as per the hotel standards
  • Assist the Welfare Committee in planning, organizing and implementing employee sports, social and welfare activities
  • Prepare and complete the monthly Human Resources report and other statistical reports as required by the Director of Human Resources

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related discipline from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience in a multi-cultural environment, preferably with an international hospitality company in UAE.
  • Knowledge of key HR frameworks, mainly the ones related to training and talent management.
  • Understanding of core hotel operations and of the hospitality industry.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good presentation, relationship management, and teamwork skills.
  • Good English communication skills
  • Flexibility and multi-tasking skills.
  • Expert in MS Office and other HR software
