Housekeeping Supervisor

We are currently looking for Housekeeping Supervisor for Courtyard by Marriott Al Barsha Dubai and Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Centre who is locally available. 


PRIMARY FUNCTION:  Assist the housekeeping in the smooth and efficient operation of the department ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, and adhering to the standard required by the hotel and assists in the planning process.


Experience, Education & Competencies

  • Diploma in Hotel Management and/or equivalent in a recognized institute in hotel management.Prior and current experience gained from working in the UAE hotel/serviced apartment market.
  • At least 2 years experienced in housekeeping division with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Systematic and organized.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others to achieve their potential.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and hotel property management systems (Opera or similar), and work order systems
  • Competent in written and spoken English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Totally embrace the philosophy of guest and customer service and own the guests.
